The fire axe is definitely the best melee weapon in the game. It’s found exclusively inside fire stations. It has the highest damage, it obviously doesn’t need fuel, but most importantly, however, the fire ax has impressive range. While you can use it to cut down trees, the weapon is best reserved for use against humans and zombies alike. The biggest advantage is the armor piercing bullets that can be used in it, making the higher tier loot less effective protection. It's Interesting there's no difference in wall damage though as armor piercing would do more to wood or sheet metal aswell. Might be a distance thing.

All four of them it destroys everything in its damage radius and if someone is dumb enough to not space second walls it gets damage all walls at once by one grenade.
